- 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2 large of egg yolks
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice (3 lemons)
How to make it :
First Preheat oven to 350F / 180C degrees.
And brush a square baking dish with the melted butter.
Then crush graham crackers
And add in sugar then butter, and blend to mix.
Then press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
And bake until lightly browned 7 to 11 minutes.
Cool crust, For 30 minutes.

first Whisk together egg yolks then condensed milk in a large bowl.
And add lemon juice; then whisk until smooth.
And pour filling into the cooled crust; until carefully spread to edges.
Then bake until set, For 17 minutes.
And cool in pan on rack.
And chill for at least one hour before serving.
