This easy and wonderful chicken recipe is a cost-effective way to feed your family. 

To make the chicken breasts tender and juicy make sure to Marinating the chicken in milk and eggs. The batter is very light then has a fantastic flavour. Once fried, they're so tasty dipped in the homemade honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients chicken Bites With Honey Mustard Recipe

  • 1 1/2 c of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of salt
  • 3 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp of pepper
  • oil for frying

HONEY MUSTARD
  • 1/2 c of mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp of yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of honey
  • dash paprika

Instructions for chicken Bites With Honey Mustard Recipe


First In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, and then one tablespoon of salt. And add chicken pieces then cover. And marinate for at least four hours, but is so better if overnight.

And in another bowl, mix flour, 4 teaspoons salt, and powdered sugar, then one tablespoon pepper.

And add some chicken pieces to a large Ziploc bag, then add some flour mixture, then shake to coat.

After that fry in batches in 375 degrees deep fryer or large Dutch oven.

It only takes 3 to 4 minutes.

then drain on paper towels or a wire rack.

And for the honey mustard sauce, mix the mayo, garlic powder, vinegar, mustard, honey, and paprika in a small bowl. And cover then put in the fridge. better if you make this the night you marinate the chicken so it has a chance to blend together.
