  • 1 1/2 c of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of salt
  • 3 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp of pepper
  • oil for frying

HONEY MUSTARD
  • 1/2 c of mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp of yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of honey
  • dash paprika

Instructions for chicken Bites With Honey Mustard Recipe


First In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, and then one tablespoon of salt. And add chicken pieces then cover. And marinate for at least four hours, but is so better if overnight.

And in another bowl, mix flour, 4 teaspoons salt, and powdered sugar, then one tablespoon pepper.

And add some chicken pieces to a large Ziploc bag, then add some flour mixture, then shake to coat.

After that fry in batches in 375 degrees deep fryer or large Dutch oven.
