SWEDISH MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS

1.5 pounds of frozen meatballs (pre cooked)
1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of water
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 cups of shell pasta
6 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of plus 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
4 cups of beef broth
Pepper and Salt (to taste)

RECIPE STEPS

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Then grease a 9x13 baking dish then set aside.
And cook the pasta al dente according to the directions on the box. And drain then set aside. After that put pasta in baking dish.
Then arrange frozen meatballs over the pasta.
And in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Then stir in flour, and cook for 2 minutes, and add beef broth, Worcestershire, water, pepper, and salt. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Then stir in parsley and heavy cream.

After that pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs then pasta. Then bake for 30 minutes.
