Easy Crockpot Cowboy Soup Recipe

I adore the family recipes; they are simply too delicious to throw away. The filling, cost-effective bowl of comfort food known as "Hearty Cowboy Soup" is made composed of lean ground beef, creamy beans, and veggies that are rich in nutrients.

It's perfect for hosting a party to watch the big game, a quiet midweek dinner, or serving a large group of people.

You'll fall in love with this dish as quickly as I did. Bring the family together around the table for this hearty Tex-Mex stew. This substantial soup just takes 30 minutes to prepare using common pantry ingredients.

This hearty soup features ground beef, toasted spices, tangy tomatoes, soft veggies, and smooth beans, as well as other classic elements of Tex-Mex cooking.

This hearty stew is perfect for a tailgate party in the fall or for a cold night at home throughout the winter.

For a truly southern supper, pair this soup with some authentic cornbread. Taking all of that mouthwatering broth in? a sizable piece of freshly baked cornbread that is crisp and toasty. Don't forget to provide your guests with hot sauce if you enjoy spicy food.

A few drops are all it takes to take a fantastic stew to the next level. You'll need the following items to make this recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large chopped onions.
  • Minced garlic; You’ll need 3 cloves.
  • 2 Tsp.Of chilli powder.
  • 2 Tsp.Of cumin.
  • 1/2 Tsp.Of salt.
  • 1/2 Tsp.Of black pepper.
  • 2 cans.Of ranch beans.
  • Frozen mixed vegetables; I used a 15-ounces can.
  • 2 large cans. Of whole kernel corn – drained.
  • A large can. Of diced tomatoes – drained.
  • A medium Ro-tel can of 10 ounces.
  • 4 diced russet potatoes.
  • Beef broth; I used 4 cups.

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the ground beef in a big saucepan or dutch oven (mine is 9.5 qt) over medium-high heat. Drain if you so want.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion, garlic, and spices. While stirring to incorporate the ingredients, begin to bring the onion to a soft state by cooking for 5 minutes.

Add in the chopped tomatoes, corn, and veggies along with the ranch beans and corn. To combine, give it a stir.

Put in some chopped potatoes, some Ro-tel, and some beef broth. To combine, give it a stir. Then bring to a boil, then lower the heat to maintain a simmer.

Simmer for twenty minutes, or until the potatoes have reached the softness you like.

Then turn off the heat, and the dish is ready to be served! I hope you’ll Enjoy it!
