How To Make best homemade pancakes

To make this recipe you'll need the following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Flour 250 g
  • Egg 4
  • ½ liter milk
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Melted butter 50 g

Instructions:

Put flour in a bowl with salt also sugar.

Make well in middle & pour in eggs.

Begin blending sweetly. While blending becomes thick, add cold milk little by little.

While all milk is blended, the dough must be quite fluid. If it seems thick, add some more milk. Then adding cooled melt butter, blend well.

Cook the pancakes in a hot pan (lightly oiled as a precaution if your pancake pan is not non-stick). Pour a ladle of dough into the mold, turn to distribute the dough over the entire surface. Put on the heat and when the crêpe turns a light red color, it's time to turn it over.

Cook for about a minute on this side and the pancake is ready.

To finish: Repeat until all the dough is used up. Enjoy!
