How To Make Krispy Kreme Peach Cobbler recipe
Ingredients
- 2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts
Peach mixture:
- 2 bags frozen peaches
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp water
- Custard mixture:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup carnation milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Follow these directions to prepare this easy Krispy Kreme Peach Cobbler:
Place peaches, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a skillet on medium heat.
Cook covered on low heat until peaches soften.
Mix 2 Tbs cornstarch and 1 Tbs water. Add to the sauce to thicken. Let simmer.
Peaches should be cut to bite-sized when done. We used a masher from Pampered Chef.
In a large mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, carnation milk, eggs, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Donuts should be cut into sixths. Place donuts in custard mix for 5 minutes.
Transfer cooked peaches to the pan. Spread evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Cover with donuts, but do not add the custard mixture.
Once donuts and peaches are in the pan, mix well to even out the ratio.
Bake at 250 for 30 minutes. ENJOY!
