  • 2 ⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Instructions For Banana Bread Recipe

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

And in a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. then in a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. 

After this stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. And stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Then bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the loaf, comes out clean. 

And let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack. And Enjoy!
