Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs Recipe
Slow Cooker Meatballs
In the era of my youth, the idea of set-it-and-forget-it cooking seemed as fantastical as a pumpkin transforming into a carriage. Now, thanks to our dependable slow cookers, that enchantment is within reach every day. Meatballs hold a cherished spot on our dinner tables here in the Midwest – whether it's for a cozy Sunday meal, a communal potluck, or a good old-fashioned family get-together. They're as much a staple as a hearty casserole or your grandfather's trusty plaid shirt. This recipe for Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs seamlessly merges time-honored tradition with the convenience of contemporary cooking, making it ideal for anyone seeking to infuse their table with a taste of nostalgic comfort without spending hours in the kitchen.
These tender gems pair perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes, buttery egg noodles, or even atop a mound of perfectly cooked spaghetti – all of which readily soak up the luscious sauce. And let's not overlook the importance of a side of vibrant green beans almondine or sweet corn on the cob, adding both color and crunch to your plate.
How To Make easy slow cooker meatballs
This is a good meatball starter recipe. I baked mine first before adding to the tomato sauce. I did add more seasoning to the meatballs to my liking. I used canned tomato sauce only with seasoning to my taste. If you do use the sauce ingredients in this recipe, I would advise using a GOOD marinara sauce. It's money well spent.
