Meatball Boats
ingredients:
1 p minced meat
1 egg
⅓ c breadcrumbs
c cheese
1 tbsp garlic
1 teaspoon clean chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 c marinara sauce
Eight Mini Huji Rolls
12 slices of Asiago cheese
Instructions:
Heat oven 350 degrees.
Preparation of a baking tray with nonstick spray.
Adding beef / eggs / breadcrumbs / garlic / Parmesan, garlic, / parsley in bowl.
Use your hands, the components work together.
Add salt and pepper.
With ice cream scoop begin forme meatballs.
Sit apart.
Adding oil to the skillet & heat on heat.
Adding meatballs one at a time to skillet.
Cooking about 5 min.
Place the meatballs on an oven tray covered with aluminum foil inside the oven.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Taking it out of the oven & set it to the side.
Cut an oval on top of the roll leaving about an inch at the ends and sides.
The ladle does not cut the lower half of the spool.
Using a knife to flatten the top of the roll.
Placing roll on a baking tray.
Placing a slice of cheese inside the hole area.
Return to the oven and prepare dinner for eight minutes.
Add 2 tbsp. of marinara over cheese.
Lay 3 meatballs on top of the cheese.
Adding more marinara over meatballs.
Placing grated Parmesan cheese on marinara.
Returning to the oven & baking for 6-8 min.
